Training School Fees

Course time does not include range time.

Course time will include 1-hour lunch break for classes longer than 5 hours and several small breaks

01E Unarmed Security officer Entry-Level -$175 – 21 hours

05E Arrest Authority Course - $120 - 9 hours (Must have 01E completed for this course)

01E,05E,75E Bundle: Unarmed, Armed, Arrest Authority Entry-Level - $420 – 60 hours

75E,05E Bundle Armed Security & Arrest Authority Entry-Level - $350 – 40 hours (Must have 01E for this class)

75E Armed Security Entry-Level - $280 - 30 hours (must have completed 01E and 05E for this class)

07E Basic Handgun Entry-Level - $250 – 20 hours (must have one of the following; 02E, 03E, 06E, 32E, 40E, 44E for this course)

08E Shotgun Entry-Level - $100 – 4 hours (75E or 07E must be completed first)

09E Advanced Handgun Entry-Level - $320– 17 hours (75E or 07E must be completed first)

10E Patrol Rifle Entry-Level - $290 – 20 hours (75E or 07E must be completed first)

32E, 07E, 09E Bundle: Personal Protection Agent, Handgun, Advanced Handgun Entry-Level -115 hours - Coming Soon

32E Personal Protection Agent (Unarmed) Entry- Level - $850 - 65 hours

Church Security Course - $85 – 5 hours

Basic First Aid Course- $45 – 5 hours

Virginia Concealed Carry Class - $45 – 5 hours

MEB (Baton), Handcuffing, and OC Course $130 - 12 hours (Individual courses 5 hours @ $45)

Taser Course - $80 – 5 hours - 4 or more students are required

DCJS In-Service Classes:

01I Unarmed Security In-Service - $80 – 5 hours

32I Personal Protection In-Service (Unarmed) - $250 - 10 hours

32I, 07R, 09R Armed Personal Protection In-Service - 25 hours - Coming Soon

07R Armed Security Re-Training - $100 – 5 hours

08R Shotgun Re-Training - $100 – 4 hours

09R Advanced Handgun Re-Training - $150 – 9 hours

10R Patrol Rifle Re-Training - $150 – 5 hours

Additional calibers for handguns:

Each additional caliber will be $40

Eyes, ears, and gun rentals:

Eyes and ears will be the responsibility of the student.

Guns and ammo are also the responsibility of the students.

Application Fees:

Application fees will be $12.00 per student effective Jan 2024
